Welcome to my new blog series where I’ll be sharing MY personal view of entities—what they are, the different types I’ve encountered, and most importantly, how to deal with them in real, practical ways.
Throughout the series, I’ll suggest helpful books, simple techniques you can try yourself, and I’ll occasionally reference past posts like Spiritual Self-Protection to give you a full toolkit for navigating the unseen.
A Bit About Me (If You’re New Here)
A bit about me
My spiritual journey began like few others— one day I stated to myself, “I should find my spirituality”, and I did. But things changed dramatically when I started energetically healing myself. I started visiting my guides, boarding ships, and awakening psychic gifts I never knew I had.
Over time, I discovered I am:
Claircognizant (inner knowing)
Clairvoyant (clear seeing)
Clairsentient (clear feeling)
Through Quantum Hypnosis and energy healing, I learned to channel and connect with dimensions beyond the ordinary.
Nothing about my life has been the same since—and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
Because here’s the truth: our world is magical, if we are open to it.
But magic isn’t always light and fluffy. Along this path, I’ve encountered energies and beings that forced me to take a hard look at myself, others, and the reality we live in.
I’ve never been someone who lives in fear (except for deep water—long story involving almost drowning on a church bike trip when I was 14!). And when I trained in Quantum Hypnosis, I realized fear has no place in this work. What society has taught us to fear is often rooted in control or misunderstanding.
I’ve always been drawn to the unseen. (I even got a tattoo that means I see the unseen!). I seek to perceive as much as I possibly can: energies, entities, extraterrestrials, angels, guides, spirit animals, past lives, even inside the chakras—because this is how we truly see.
My First Encounter with an Entity
Let me take you back to my very first time seeing an entity.
I owned a Harmonic Egg wellness center, and one evening after our monthly Metaphysical Book Club, something strange happened.
As I stood outside chatting with friends, I suddenly knew—through my claircognizance and clairvoyance—that one of our guests had sent entities to me. And not just to me… they were on my back.
To make it stranger, I could sense this person energetically standing in the parking lot, watching us, fully aware that we were talking about them!!
That night, unsure of what might happen, I chose to sleep on the couch to avoid disturbing my family. I meditated, using a visualization technique a friend had once shared (the details escape me now), but it worked. I saw the entities—stacked on top of each other to hide their numbers—and I cleared them from myself and my wellness center.
It took me about a week to find the courage, but I eventually 86’d that person from my business.
It was my first experience of many.
I See Dead People… and More
Since then, my intuitive abilities have grown exponentially. I’ve helped countless people with:

Chakra clearing
Identifying and clearing entities
And so much more
I’ve come to understand that part of my gift involves what some might call exorcism—though I don't approach it with fear or drama. Yes, I see dead people, and I love communicating with them.
Through this work, I’ve identified five categories of entities I encounter most often. These categories help me—and my clients—better understand and navigate the unseen.
The 5 Categories of Entities I Encounter
Spirits: Souls who have passed but remain close to the earthly plane.
“Demons” or Nasty Little Buggers: Misunderstood, often low-vibrational entities that feed off fear or discord.
Extraterrestrials: Non-human beings who visit or interact with our reality.
Energetic Imprints & Attachments: Energies that inhabit objects (like Ouija boards, dolls) or attach to people, sometimes even possession.
Other Random Beings: Entities that don’t fit neatly into any category but exist nonetheless like coagulated energy forms- sometimes intelligent, sometimes not.
I’m sure this list will grow as I continue this work, but these are the most common players in the unseen worlds I explore.
Also, I don’t read books on the subject so I honestly don’t know the common names for things- whats a poltergeist? Just reading the titles of most of those books instill a vibration of fear. Since I address this topic without fear maybe its time we re-named them?
A Quick Caveat on Fear and “Good vs. Bad”
I want to pause here and say this:
I don’t believe anything is inherently good or bad—it’s all experience. And experience is why we’re here on Earth.
Unfortunately, we’ve been conditioned—by organized religion, media, movies, and books—to see things in black and white, to fear the unknown, to label things as evil or wrong. From ancient texts like Malleus Maleficarum to modern horror films, fear has been a control mechanism.
But here’s my truth:
Fear is a program we can choose to uninstall.
Every “bad” thing is a way to learn quicker than the “good” things.
When the “bad” things happen I ask myself, “What am I learning from this?”
Is it really “bad” and who decided it was “bad”?
Caveat to my caveat: bad doesn’t mean hurting yourself or others. I’m talking about the spiritual good vs. bad here.
